If you were to set a goal, you need to set baby steps to reach that goal.
Every goal you set, needs to be broken down into tiny parts or you will get overwhelmed.
How do you eat an elephant?
One bite at a time.
Most people don’t even want to eat the elephant right? It’s monstrous! It’s way to big we give up before we even get started. (Not sure I want to eat elephant meat?)
The point is, lofty goals stress us out and we give up.
But small baby steps towards our goals help us get closer a little at a time.
Celebrate every baby step you make toward your goal. It doesn’t have to stress you out. Instead get excited, because celebrating is fun!
