Can Laughter Relieve Pain?

Laughter raises your tolerance for pain, and endorphins are released when you smile. This action produces a release of tension built up in the body so you feel good when you allow humor to be part of your life.

I say allow because some people are so intense they don’t even let out a giggle.

Anything that gets your mind off of your physical pain will help you, even though it’s temporary it really works.

So if you’re in pain, you can distract yourself, by laughing, or watching something that makes you laugh and let loose.
