Do you use power of silence?
When you give yourself quiet time to meditate you are giving yourself valuable intuitive time.
When you are relaxed you open your mind to receive answers. It is good for your health to give yourself quiet time. You might even schedule it into your day. I do!
Meditation time helps me especially during a hectic day, or before a performance you’ll find me in my green room with the lights dim if possible to have quiet time that is focused and uninterrupted for to myself.
Listen.
Take time to pause.
Take a few deep breaths.
Listen to the silence.
I have kept a journal during my quiet time for years now. I know it helps me. I created a journal and you can find it in the store on the website. I have practiced meditation too. Spending time reading scriptures, praying and meditating helps me to refocus. I use music from my Forever album you can download it digitally as part of my meditation time as well.
