The castle that inspires all fairy-tales and dreams to come true is found in Fussen, Germany. It is called Neuschwanstein Castle. I loved visiting this castle as well as the castle next door called Hohenschwangau. I got to ride in a horse drawn carriage up the mountain side towards this beautiful palace and it was magical. I loved the view from up above it was incredible to think this was built so long ago without the conveniences we have today. We weren’t aloud to use our cameras indoors so I took a lot outside. Here are a few pictures below.
The picture above you can see a bridge in the far distance and I was told that on that bridge many couples walk together and repeat their wedding vows to each other and write a note that confesses their love of one another and they attach it to the bridge. It is a very romantic place!
