God wants to give you direction for your life. God wants to give you inspired ideas that will bless your life. The last of the 4 steps to hear from God is to pray to him in the spirit.
If you are feeling depressed, anxious, confused, or need direction? Pray in the spirit. There is no set time limit on this, just pray in the spirit and you will be blessed to draw out the wisdom of God. Jeremiah 3:33 tells us to “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things.” Doesn’t that excite you?
Ask Him for direction, call out to Him and Heavenly Father will show you what is the next step for you to take in your life.
Start expecting to hear from Him.
Be still and listen.
Don’t rationalize this, do it daily.
Develop confidence by doing this daily and in time you will know how to hear from God. You will receive direction on what avenue God wants you to take, and when you do, write it down so you have that direction forever.
This is why I created a daily journal to help you keep track of the insights you receive in your prayer time. I use this journal myself. Write it all down. God has so much to tell you.
