Are your thoughts limiting you?

We become what we think about.

When things are not going our way, it’s easy to have stressed out thoughts, defeating thoughts, and weak thoughts.

Thinking thoughts like, “I’ll never get better.” Or, “My relationship won’t work.” These thoughts end up hurting us more than we realize.

Think power thoughts instead.

The day this picture was taken I bawled like a baby. I didn’t know I could cry so hard. I had a really hard time singing in the studio. After prayer, I got my head straight, and changed my thinking, I sang my heart out.

Our triumph begins with our brain. Start giving your mind words it can live on instead. Let your thoughts help your stress disappear.
