When you’re feeling overwhelmed with the way life is going it’s sometimes hard to see the joy and happiness in your life.
One of the best ways to find happiness and joy is by being grateful. Practicing gratitude helps us so much and it’s easy to do it once you get started. It is a decision and a habit we can cultivate.
When you practice gratitude you will be amazed at the impact it has in your life.
Just looking around you and taking time to see what we have to be glad about now, and focusing on it will help you.
It might be a sunny day, it might be a rainy day, what ever day you are experiencing you can find good in it, and this will bring you more happiness.
No matter what is happening in the world around you, you can change your focus when you are looking at what is good and being thankful for it.
I encourage you to spend 5 short minutes a day practicing gratitude. Write down 5 things you are thankful for in your journal. Get in this habit. It is easy to do.
